(2) Arrangements cannot be changed after the confirmation email is sent and 24 hours before the event. No refund will be made unless our tutor is unavailable for the lesson. (2) 一經確認並發出確認電郵及活動前的 24小時內，安排便不能再更改。除非導師沒有出席課堂，否則不會有退款安排。

Names on our waiting list would be reserved for at most 90 days. Anyone who intend to arrange further lessons should make new bookings afterwards.
我們的輪候名單上的名字最多可以保留90日。任何同學想要再安排課程，請在90日之後重新預訂。
Weather condition: Change from in-centre to online lessons:天氣狀況: 由中心內面授改為網授
If the Hong Kong Observatory issued a red rain, typhoon signal number 8 or above weather warning (excluding yellow rain and typhoon signal number 3)
2 hours before until immediately before the lesson and the warning signal continues, in-centre lessons will be changed to online (Zoom) lessons. If weather condition changes after the lesson has begun, students and tutors should decide whether it is secure to leave or continue the lesson. 若課堂時間 2小時前至課堂開始的時段內，香港天文台發出紅雨、八號烈風或以上天氣警告(不包括黃雨及三號)，則無論課堂當刻天氣警告是否持續，中心課堂將被改為 Zoom 網授課堂。
若課堂已開始後天氣狀況轉壞，同學及導師可因應情况決定是否安全離開。
