Terms and conditions for online instructors 網上講師的條款及細則
Lesson fee 每堂費用：
Full fee of each lesson will first be collected from the parents. For example, if the class fee is HKD 200 in total for 2 hours, the full amount of HKD 200 should be collected from the parents before the lesson. 40% of the class fee or not less than HKD 40 (whichever is higher) is the instructor's deposit (ie HKD 80 in the example), which is non-refundable; the other 10% (ie HKD 20 in the example) is ours administrative fees and is also non-refundable. Cases with lesson fee less than HKD 150 will not be considered temporarily.
我們會先向家長收足每堂費用。例如該堂費用是 2 小時共 HKD 200，便先在平台上向家長收足全數 HKD 200。 堂費中的 40% 或不小於 HKD 40 (以較高為準) 是導師的保証金 (即例中的 HKD 80)，不能退款；另有10% (即例中的 HKD 20)是我方行政費用，亦不能退款。堂費低於 HKD 150 的個案暫不受理安排。
Tutor's responsibility 導師責任：
[Face-to-face lessons] In addition to the responsibilities of guiding students in the lesson, the tutor must use his/her mobile phone by message to notify us on arrival. The tutor also needs to notify us by mobile phone message (Whatsapp) upon successful completion of the lesson when he/she leaves.
[面授課堂] 導師除指導學生的課堂應有責任外，到步時必需用手機發訊及拍照証明通知我們到步；離開時亦需用手機發訊通知我們課堂順利完成。
[Online lessons] The tutor must join the meeting link as specified in the email we will send and conduct the lesson as a co-host or moderator. We reserve the right to record or interrupt classes as hosts (see Terms of Service (1.4) Disciplinary Issues )
[網授課堂] 導師必需加入我們將發出電郵中指定的會議連結，並以聯席主持或主持身份進行課堂。我方有權以主持的身份進行錄影或中斷課堂(見 服務條款(1.4) 紀律問題 )
Our fee 我方收費：

The instructor does not require our Zoom account 講師無需使用我們平台的 Zoom 帳戶
(Self provided 使用自設 Zoom API , Zoom Account)
For each hour, we will charge 10% of the class or not less than HKD 10 (whichever is higher) as an administrative fee. 每一小時，我們將收取該課堂的 10% 或不小於 HKD 10 (以較高為準)作行政費用。
每次課堂，我們只會收取該課堂的 10% 或不小於 HKD 10 (以較高為準)作行政費用。

The instructor requires our Zoom account 講師需要使用我們平台的 Zoom 帳戶
(Without 沒有 Zoom API , Zoom Account)
For each hour, we will charge 20% of the class or not less than HKD 20 (whichever is higher) as an administrative fee. 每一小時，我們將收取該課堂的 20% 或不小於 HKD 20 (以較高為準)作行政費用。
Tutor's salary 導師工資：
24 hours after the class is successfully completed without dispute, we will (usually within five working days) pay the tutor the salary after deducting our administrative expenses in the form of FPS (Fast Number of Transfers).
課堂順利完成 24 小時後，若相方沒有爭議，我們便會(一般是五個工作天內)以 FPS (轉數快) 的方式 向導師發放扣除我方行政費用後的工資。
Points to notice 注意事項：
(A) After receiving the full payment for the class, we will contact the instructor to confirm. If all parties agree to the class arrangement, we will send a confirmation email. Confirmation emails (possibly paid Zoom link) are usually sent 12 to 24 hours before class. Once confirmed and a confirmation email is sent, the arrangement cannot be changed and there will be no refund arrangement. Any party, including customers and service providers (such as tutors) who request to cancel the class arrangement must send us an email notification 24 hours or more before the class.
(A) 收到課堂全數款額後，我們將聯絡導師作實。若各方同意課堂安排，我們將發出確認電郵。確認電郵(可能內付 Zoom 連結)一般在課堂前 12 至 24小時內發出。 一經確認並發出確認電郵，安排不能再更改，亦不會有退款安排。 任何一方，包括客户和服務提供者(例如 導師)若要求取消課堂安排，必需於課堂前 24 小時或更早向我們將發出電郵通知。
(B) Relevant parties should clearly understand the need to respect the rights of private tutors. If (B.1) the parents do not open the door, (B.2) the students attending the class are not scheduled students, or (B.3) there are other complaints and disputes, in the worst scenerio, we will issue a deposit for the lesson fee to the tutor and refund the deduction to the parents Payment after our administrative charges. If the parents do not accept the terms, we will not introduce the case to the tutor.
(B) 相方應清楚明白必需尊重上門導師應有的權利。 若到時 (B.1) 家長沒有開門、 (B.2) 上堂的並非預定學生 或 (B.3) 有其他投訴爭議，最差情况我們會向導師發放堂費的保証金並向家長退還扣除我方行政費用後的款項。 若家長不接受條款，我們亦不會把個案介紹給導師。
(C.1) [Face-to-face lessons] If the Hong Kong Observatory issued a red rain, typhoon signal number 8 or above weather warning (excluding yellow rain and typhoon signal number 3) 12 hours before up to immediately before the lesson and the warning signal continues, the lesson will be cancelled. Refund to the parents will be arranged. However, if the lessons has already begun, no refunds will be made under any circumstances. The tutor should decide whether it is safe to leave according to the situation.
(C.1) [面授課堂] 若課堂時間12小時前至課堂開始的時段內，香港天文台發出紅雨、八號烈風或以上天氣警告(不包括黃雨及三號)，無論課堂當刻天氣警告是否持續，上門課堂將被取消；我方亦會向家長退款。若課堂已開始，則任何情况下不設退款。導師可因應情况決定是否安全離開。
(C.2) [Online lessons] Online lessons are not affected by weather, etc., and the above conditions do not apply.
(C.2) [網授課堂] 網授導師不受天氣等影响，以上情况並不適用。
(D) Parents will be fully refunded (including any administrative fees charged by us) in the event of a complete absence of the tutor within the designated time period of the lesson. If the tutor is late or leaves early for more than half an hour, we have the right not to pay the tutor salary or deposit. However we will still charge (about 10% of the above) as our administrative fee.
(D) 若課堂指定時間內導師完全缺席，我們將向家長全數退款(包括我方應收取的行政費用)。若課堂指定時間內導師遲到或早退超過半小時，我方有權不向導師發放工資或保証金，但我方亦會收取上述約10%的行政費用)。
