Basic requirement 基本要求：
We will only list out courses that are suitable for our platform. 我們只會列出我們認為合適的課程。
Course content is the property of the provider. The collaborators of the provider's course can also notify us to withdraw the course by email (diamond-edu@hotmail.com) at any time, or terminate the cooperation on their own.
課程內容歸提供者所有。提供者課程 的合作者 亦可隨時以電郵方式 (diamond-edu@hotmail.com) 通知我們抽走課程，又或 自行終止 合作。
Any listed information and course content or our collaborator on our platform must be carried out with the consent of both parties. In case of any misbehavior that damages the reputation of our platform or tutorial center or violating the laws of Hong Kong (including, but not limited to: lesson content, teaching materials or reference materials, etc.), we reserve our right to cancel the course and pursue further responsibilities. All deposits or income shared for the cooperator may also be refunded to the parents. 任何在本平台網頁上列出的 "合作中心資料" 及 "課程內容" 必需在雙方同意下進行。 遇上任何有損本 平台 或 補習中心 聲譽 又或 抵觸香港法律的行為(包括: 課堂內容、教學素材或参考資料等)，我方保留取消 課程 及 合作中心 資格並追究責任的一切權利，所有押金或合作中心收益亦有可能退還給家長，敬請留意。
Lesson fee 每堂費用：
We will first collect the full lesson fee as marked on the platform from the parents. For example, if the class fee is HKD 200, we will first collect the full amount of HKD 200 from the parents on the platform.
The handling fee we charge is limited to the class fee marked on the platform minus the class fee requested by the tutor from us. Courses with a classroom handling fee of less than HK$5 per hour will not be considered. Note: In addition to the deposit, we calculate the fee lesson by lesson. Even if the course is preset as recurring, we do not guarantee that students will continue for the next lesson. The course provider may also terminate the recurring class at any time. It is therefore necessary to collect the fees before each lesson to protect the right of the course provider and verified by email. 我們會先向家長收足平台上標出的該堂費用。例如該堂費用是 HKD 200，我們便先在平台上向家長收足全數 HKD 200。 我方收取的手續費只限於 平台上標出的堂費 扣除 導師向我方索取的課堂費用。課堂手續費低於每小時港幣5元的課程將不予考慮。 留意：除押金外，我們是每堂計一次費。即使課程提供者是預設為循環課堂，我們不保証同學會上下一堂。課程提供者亦可隨時終止循環課堂。所以必需每次課堂前先收足費用以保障課程提供者的利益並以電郵核實。
Tutor's responsibility 導師責任：
[Face-to-face lessons] In addition to the responsibility of guiding students, the tutor must use the mobile phone to notify us and take a photo to prove the arrival; when leaving, he/she must also use the mobile phone message to notify us that the class has been successfully completed. [Online lessons] The tutor must join the meeting link as specified in the email we sent and conduct the class as a co-host or moderator. We reserve the right to record or interrupt the lessons as hosts (see Terms of Service (1.4) Disciplinary Issues ). [面授課堂] 提供課程一方的導師除指導學生的課堂應有責任外，到步時必需用手機發訊及拍照証明通知我們到步；離開時亦需用手機發訊通知我們課堂順利完成。 [網授課堂] 提供課程一方的導師必需加入我們發出電郵中指定的會議連結，並以聯席主持或主持身份進行課堂。我方有權以主持的身份進行錄影或中斷課堂(見 服務條款(1.4) 紀律問題 )

Tutor's salary 導師工資：
24 hours after successfully completed the lesson, if there is no dispute between the two parties, we will (usually within five working days) issue the salary to the institution providing the course in the form of FPS (fast payment) after deducting our administrative costs.
課堂順利完成 24 小時後，如果雙方沒有爭議，我們便會(一般是五個工作天內)以 FPS (轉數快) 的方式 向提供課程的機構發放扣除我方行政費用後的工資。
Points to notice 注意事項：
(A) After receiving the full payment for the course, we will contact the party providing the course to confirm. If all parties agree to the class arrangement, we will send a confirmation email. Confirmation emails (possibly paid Zoom link) are usually sent 12 to 24 hours before class. Once confirmed and a confirmation email is sent, the arrangement cannot be changed and there will be no refund arrangement. Any party, including customers and service providers (such as tutors) who request to cancel the class arrangement must send us an email notification 24 hours or more before the class. (A) 收到課堂全數款額後，我們將聯絡提供課程的一方作實。若各方同意課堂安排，我們將發出確認電郵。確認電郵(可能內付 Zoom 連結)一般在課堂前 12 至 24小時內發出。
一經確認並發出確認電郵，安排不能再更改，亦不會有退款安排。
任何一方，包括客户和服務提供者(例如 導師)若要求取消課堂安排，必需於課堂前 24 小時或更早向我們將發出電郵通知。
(B.1) [Face-to-face class] If the Hong Kong Observatory issued a red rain, gale No. 8 or above weather warning (excluding yellow rain and No. 3) during the period from 12 hours before the class time to the start of the class, regardless of the weather at the time of class If the warning continues, face-to-face classes will be canceled; we will also refund parents. If classes have already started, no refunds will be made under any circumstances. The tutor of the party providing the course can decide whether it is safe to leave according to the situation. (B.1) [面授課堂] 若課堂時間12小時前至課堂開始的時段內，香港天文台發出紅雨、八號烈風或以上天氣警告(不包括黃雨及三號)，無論課堂當刻天氣警告是否持續，面授課堂將被取消；我方亦會向家長退款。若課堂已開始，則任何情况下不設退款。提供課程一方的導師可因應情况決定是否安全離開。
(B.2) [Online lessons] Online lessons are not affected by weather, etc., and the above conditions do not apply. (B.2) [網授課堂] 網授不受天氣等影响，以上情况並不適用。
(C) If the instructor of the party providing the course is completely absent during the specified time of the class or the instructor is late or leaves early for more than half an hour, we have the right not to pay the instructor salary or security deposit, but we will also charge a predetermined administrative fee. (C) 若課堂指定時間內提供課程的一方的導師完全缺席 又或 導師遲到或早退超過半小時，我方有權不向導師發放工資或保証金，但我方亦會收取預定的行政費用。
